Needless to say, what started out as 2 people producing units in a garage, grew to a 12,000 square foot factory/office with a staff of 180 and 60,000 distributors. History of the VITALIZERTM In 1991, Metal Reaction Inc began the testing process under the direction of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) office of Mobile Sources. This testing was conducted at several labs chosen by the EPA. The final set of tests were conducted at the top EPA certified lab in the country; Automotive Testing Laboratories in East Liberty, Ohio, which conducts about 20 million in contract testing for the EPA and the Federal Certification Process for the Ohio Honda plant located next door. © 2009 ORTMAN Enterprises

However, because of the state of economics in the United States, and the world changing events of 9/11, it has become apparent that there’s a greater need for the VITALIZERTM. History of the VITALIZERTM These units were to have rubber hoses placed over them to insulate them from stray electrical fields. The problem arose that there are no longer 100% rubber hoses made. Because of PVC in the hoses, there was a failure rate. These were replaced by units with built in insulation and the addition of a grounding wire. © 2009 ORTMAN Enterprises

How the VITALIZERTM Works The VITALIZERTM is basically a cast alloy consisting of 5 dissimilar metals in a unique and patented combination. The core has elongated ridges that promote a swirling action in the fuel flowing over the core activating an electrostatic charge. Cleaner Combustion Chamber Improved process of combustion reduces the amount of unburned and partly burned hydrocarbons that would normally make black smoke and build-up of the carbons in the combustion chamber. 5. Improved Performance Improved performance of turbo pressure from 1 to 1.5 psi, (1 bar) proportional to decrease of the engine power has been shown. That is because of the decrease in proportion of fuel, which combusts on the optimal point of combustion. This advance reduces soot and carbon that would build up on turbo spatulas.
