WHAT IS ERC?:

WHAT IS ERC? An international c ooperative and foundation The cooperative supports the ecosystem restoration camps The cooperative is developing concurrent with the first camp The cooperative is the umbrella organization for multiple camps

OUR TIMELINE:

OUR TIMELINE Small group empowered by John Liu began the process to legalize and organize cooperative (Fall 2016 ) Interim core council formed by several volunteers 6 initial circles following principles of consent-based decision- making formed by volunteers in December 2016 Foundation legally established February 16, 2017 1 st Camp in Murcia, Spain to begin in March/April 2017

LOOMIO CIRCLE DETAILS: Each ERC circle has approximately 6-10 members Circles are autonomous entities in regard to designing and implementing Circle tasks Circles elect a Coordinator and Delegate to participate in the General Assembly Members are invited into Loomio based on constructive activity in Discord organizational-level need for your specific skills & willingness to experiment with objection/consent-based decision-making process (e.g., S ociocracy3.0) * ERC Loomio Members carry responsibility for the organization. They are committed to ERC principles, values, mission & vision. Online Communication Platform
