CON………. Sample This study is done during the year 2011.i.e (from june-2011 to August 2011).Time period for the research was 3 months. This research has identified unit.i.e. University of Atlanta for the purpose of study and data collection. The researcher has taken a sample of 162 Institutes I have visited. Sampling Procedure The collected data is analysed and tabulated with the help of statistical technique like percentage. Tabulated and analysed is separated for comparison with different groups accordingly and the observations will be prepared for meaningful conclusion and suggestion.

From the above table & graph, we can conclude that in the of May expenditure was more as compared to other month. Maximum expenditure (Rs. 58,000) for advertisements.

Findings:

Findings High fee structure was one of the barriers, because it was not affordable for the students. Than we reduce the fee from Rs. 6 lac to Rs. 4.5 lac . University of Atlanta is not providing UGC recognize degree so that we have started counselling on basis of accreditation . Lack of interest among students regarding UOFA was not good. So that for creating trust we started counselling on phone .

CON…… It was needed to create a brand name of UOFA. For this we did advertisement in news papers & took part in education field . We have upgraded infrastructure & brochures because every student wanted effectiveness . There was not sufficient network system with UOFA. To develop this network system, we did tie up with coaching institutes & colleges . They were focussing on excellent students only. So that we diversified our focus on average students, they can apply by personal interview.

Suggestions :

Suggestions Students should be given UGC recognized degree to the students, because most of students want to go with AICTE & UGC They are providing global degree. So that they should provide foreign trip. They should create trust among potential students. They should think about how should we offer new service offers that help/ strengthen the competitive position? They should define his competitive position.

CON…… They did not have big infrastructure so that they should give good infrastructural facilities. Because every student attract by big institute. They should give best quality of courses in comfortable fees. They should give at list one international faculty because they are providing international degree so that every student wants to international faculty. Faculty expertise is most important for the every educational institute so that they should give good and best faculty national or international. Width of specialization offered

Conclusion:

Conclusion I got a chance of getting knowledge about human resource management, financial management, retail management and most importantly marketing management. Basically in this project report I have tried to share my 2 months experience what ever I have gained by working in a office and in field work. A positive transformation has been happened in me in summer internship. I am sure this internship would help me definitely in near future in handling the hardcore business problems as a manager. In this report I have tried to describe each function and activities which I have done to develop the marketing strategy and enrolment plans.
