What Is leadership? :

What Is leadership? “Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective or a goal and directs the organization or a group in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent” (Concept of Leadership).

Vision and Mission:

Vision and Mission Mission statement: should be a statement of why a particular company exists or what does it want to do as an organization. This is a place where they state their purpose. Ideally it should be one sentence, easily repeatable, and inspiring. Vision: is also defining your organization's purpose, but they focus on its goals and aspirations. It is the end result of what the organization wants to have done. So, it is the future oriented, detailed description of outcomes a company or organization wants to accomplish.

Shared Values:

Shared Values Shared Value is a management principle that seeks opportunity for business in solving social problems. Companies can solve problems in many ways  that can lead to competitive wins. (


Strategy Strategy is about how to get from where we are now to where we want to be.


Empowerment  Empowerment: is a multi-dimensional social process. It is a process that fosters power in people for use in their own lives, their communities and in their society, by acting on issues they define as important. (

Engagement :

Engagement Engagement: is the most commonly defined as intellectual and emotional commitment to the organization or as the discretionary effort shown by employees in their work. In another word, engagement is ‘passion for work’ (Gill, 2011, p.257) Engagement is consist of: 1. Motivation - Extrinsic Intrinsic 2. Influence - Power – Athouriy and Personal. 3. Inspiration
