How to pick a PreSchool for your toddler When you put your child in a preschool for the first time its not only a big thing for you it’s equally a huge deal for your child. The right decision to put your toddler in the right school proves to be a milestone in your parenting journey. It feels as if you are handing your precious little one over to a stranger who you don’t know. This is especially true for parents whose children have been predominantly home with them for the first 2 or 3 years. This can cause parents anxiety and also raise questions about how to determine which preschool would best fit their child’s needs and personality and which they would feel most comfortable with. Here are some factors you can consider while choosing your child’s preschool- ● Checkout the school licensing and certifications. ● Check if the school’s module matches your requirements. ● Visit the school you are considering talk to the principal of the school as well as the staff. Healthy Eating for your Toddler There is nothing to be surprised about that parents might need help understanding what it means to eat healthy. You don’t need a degree in nutrition to raise a healthy kid. You can follow these guidelines to encourage your kid to eat right and maintain a healthy weight. ● Parents should control the supply lines they should decide which foods to buy and when to serve them. ● Schedule a regular meal and snack times and let them choose what to eat and how much of it they want. ● Soda and other sweetened drinks add extra calories and get in the way of good nutrition. ● Be a role model and eat healthy yourself when trying to teach good eating habits and try to set the best example possible.
