Joining Formalities::

7/29/2014 Joining Formalities: on the time of Joning you have to submit these Documents to complete your joining Formalities . Education Proof : Xerox ID+Resi Proof : Xerox 3 Passport size photographs U have to fill joining Kit For my Records After the completion of Joining Formalities HR will provide your Appointment Letter with terms & Conditions which discussed at the time interview . ID+Resi Proof can be : Voter Crad/ Driving Liscense/Pan Card/Adhaar card / Rashan card New Joiner will get his/her appointmnet letter with in one week from his/her from Date of Joining mandate to sign a Receiving Copy .


7/29/2014 Salaries: Date of Salary Transfer is 7-10 of every Month. For Salary Account opening employee need to Provide : Resi proof + ID Proof +Passport size Photograph . ID+Resi Proof can be : Voter Crad/ Driving Liscense/Pan Card/Adhaar card / Rashan card

For Trainees:

For Trainees For Industrial Training : >Time period : 45 days to 90 Days 4-5 hours per day / Night Shift >Work on Live Projects with the Help of Seniors

7/29/2014 Time Policies: Timings -9:30 Am -6:30 Pm NightShift : 8Pm -5 Am Grace Period -15 min (For three times only) Second & Fourth Saturday is N on- W orking of every month If you are three times late in morning ,fourth time salary of half day will be deducted . If five time s late sixth time salary of full day will be deducted.

7/29/2014 Leave Policy : For preplanned leaves employee have to inform his/her HOD or HR minimum 4-5 days before leave . Approval from HOD is Compulsory For leave otherwise it will consider as an absent . Trainess are n ot eligible for any paid leave . Regular Employee is eligible for one paid leave in a month is is carry forward for three months only .

7/29/2014 Celebrtaions : Without Permission of HR & HOD employee can not organise any party . We celebrates Birthdays of all employees in monthend .
