Bank of the Carolinas PlanHSA Contributions : 

Bank of the Carolinas PlanHSA Contributions The BOTC contribution will be made in a lump sum in January. In 2009 the Bank Of The Carolinas contributed $500 to each employee HSA account in 12 equal installments of $41.66 In 2010 the contribution will continue to be $500 but will be contributed in a lump sum
