What is Resilience? The ability of individual, family, organization or community to return it’s original position after being bent, distorted, compressed or stretched. It is the answer of the questions-What things are changed, how processed and back to its origin without distorting it’s originality. In another way, resilience is the ability through which a system can bounce back from disturbances/stress.
