Conclusion Computer based information systems is very important now our day to day life. We are constantly getting acquainted with this terms. So in order to make the correct use of it our government should take proper steps.

Definitions of key terms::

Definitions of key terms: Data Raw facts such as an employee’s name and number of hours worked in a week, inventory part numbers or sales orders. Information A collection of facts organized in such a way that they have additional value beyond the value of the facts themselves.


Continued: When we process a data it becomes information. Data is raw collection but information is an organized collection of data. For example: If we collect raw data of students having 3.50 CGPA and organize it in a flow chart or diagram then it will be recognized as information.

Information system concept: Information Systems An information system IS) is typically considered to be a set of interrelated elements or components that collect (input), manipulate (processes), and disseminate (output) data and information and provide a feedback mechanism to meet an objective.
