It’s a big family meal with many dishes:

It’s a big family meal with many dishes Oysters , foie gras, smoked salmon are eaten in the first part of the meal. The Christmas turkey , goose , or lobster are the main courses. The Yule log is the classic dessert.

The «foie gras»:
