Why I decided to run a half marathon:

Why I decided to run a half marathon The idea of being able to say I have ran a half marathon and hopefully a full marathon later on is something I have always wanted to say. And why not sooner rather than later!

Fun facts!:

Fun facts! Preparing for any sort of race does not have to be grueling. There are all types of fun runs to prepare yourself ranging form 5K’s to full marathons. Zombie races Color races Naked races Pirate races

Health:

Health Keeping hydrated before a run is essential! If a person is not properly hydrated before a work out or run fatigue will set in earlier.
