Government Crimes Against The Constitution, Democracy and Humanity:

Government Crimes Against The Constitution, D emocracy and Huma nity Is The US Gover nment really for the pe ople? By Justin Bennett

Eugenics program:

Eugenics program Eugenics is the forced sterilization of those considered undesirable for reproduction. This included the poor, people of low IQ levels, people with genetic disorders, young women deemed to be sexually promiscuous, and minorities. States in the US began practicing Eugenics in the 1920’s and ‘30s under the belief that forced sterilization would benefit society. This philosophy was heavily supported by President Woodrow Wilson. Thirty-One states practiced Eugenics, forcing the sterilization of over 60,000 people. Of all of the states with Eugenics programs, California and Virginia contributed to the majority of forced sterilizations but North Carolina was known to have the most aggressive program. The Eugenics board of North Carolina operated from 1933 to 1977. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNiqFLnNzzo

Operation Northwoods:

Operation Northwoods In 1962, The Joint Chiefs of Staff, a body of senior officials within the United States Department of Defense, created a plan to trick the American public into accepting a war with Cuba. A series of violent attacks would be carried out by members of the CIA. These attacks would be blamed on Fidel Castro and Cuba using planted evidence. The plan would include the shooting of American citizens in the streets, the sinking of Cuban refugee boats, the bombing of American buildings and the hijacking of American airplanes. "We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington," they wrote. "The terror campaign could be pointed at Cuban refugees seeking haven in the United States.” A declassified document published by the National Security Archive on 6 November 1998 details the plans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IygchZRJVXM

Unconstitutional Wars:

Unconstitutional Wars Under Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution only Congress, not the President, “shall have the power to declare war. This was put in place by the founding fathers in an attempt to limit the power of the President from bordering tyranny. As Congress is the representatives of the people, only Congress was meant to be able to declare war as a voice for the people. From World War II up until the Iraq War, the US Government has no longer adhered to this law. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIRlNUqEdlU

Citizen’s United vs. Federal Election Committee Supreme Court Ruling:

Citizen’s United vs. Federal Election Committee Supreme Court Ruling In January 2010 the Supreme Court ruled that corporations can spend unlimited amounts of money on the candidate of their choice. This gives corporations an unfair advantage over average citizens in deciding who is elected. This can potentially sway political decision making when a politician or candidate is faced with a choice of having companies spend millions of dollars for or against them based on their vote. This undermines the principles of democracy by allowing corporations an opportunity to make or break a candidate. This opens the door for corporations to have unprecedented control over the US Government. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKazKb5f79A

National Defense Authorization Act:

National Defense Authorization Act The National Defense Authorization act of 2012 allows for the indefinite detention of US citizens without trial. This allows the US Government to imprison US citizens under only the suspicion that they may be involved in terrorism. This undermines the 6 th Amendment of the US constitution which guarantees right to trial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7ZDZxNgyBI
