Timing is Everything: Timing is Everything Bills are based on a student’s official enrollment. Add/drop period – first 2 weeks of the semester. For the Fall 2010 semester the deadline is Sept 21 – all enrollment changes, including adds and drops, must be completed by this date to avoid billing consequences. 30
