However certain fats contribute to making the body suppler and stronger most people call them Omega 3’s. Now Omega 3 acids aren’t essentially the regular fats. In fact here’s an overview of what Omega 3 actually is – Breaking down Omega 3 Omega 3 or omega-3 fatty acids are essential acids produced in the body for optimal functioning of it. However sometimes the body doesn’t produce an adequate amount of this acid hence the main source of Omega 3 acids are your diet. These acids are mainly polyunsaturated nature.
