The Innovation:

The Innovation Chosen Industry: Public Services. Chosen technologies: Mobility Objective: WHY TO CARRY A KEY? WHEN YOU HAVE PASSWORD!!!! The main aim of our project is to lock/unlock Two wheelers using password. It’s highly safe control of Bike from other person. Due to rapid development in the field of science and technology. Approach: Using the technology of mobility, In the evolution of automobiles, so many have contributed their innovation as a part of introducing new engines and designs and so we would like to contribute our part as engineering students by introducing “Ultimate Digital Lock for Two Wheelers” Description about the innovation developed: Working: microcontroller receive the signal as input (password) and verify it with stored password . 3 incorrect attempts to operate the bike will on the alarm and alert user with a call

Compelling need for the innovation:

Compelling need for the innovation Introducing a new operating system for two wheelers. Avoid carrying a key with us to ride a bike. Control theft of two wheelers by duplicate keys. Time saving of using password than using key. User friendly system (Example: using touchpad/keypad which has numbers and alphabets). Economical for both manufacturer and end user. Application can be extended to four wheelers. It can also extended to home appliance as well. It will be a solution for losing/missing bike keys.

Impact:

Impact User will find it easy to control the devices by setting password. It will be a new evolution in two wheeler security systems. It is a highly secured system. Electronic automation is very economy and simple. So it will sustain for longer period of time. User will not prefer wasting time in carrying a key/remote controller and maintaining it . This system is of low maintenance effort.

Implementation:

Implementation This project is easy to implement at less cost. Possible problem we could face is : 1.Password hacking. 2.Forgetting the password/deactivate alarm. Solution for these problems is : 1. We don’t use a server here so hacking password is impossible. 2. Using default password stored in the system this discrepancy can be rectified. Time required: 1. To implement it in a new bike it may take one working day. 2. To implement it in an already existing bike it may take three working day (Due to alternation of existing wiring system).

The Competitive Advantage Using a single transmitter touchpad/keypad we can control many appliances like side lock, light, fuel supply. It is very economical. Easy to control devices. Receiving problem is restricted. This provides another facility to change the password. Wrong password is allowed only thrice. Internet is the source for our project and we are not pursuing any pattern for our project.
