Fashion has changed a great deal over the past three centuries. As history changes it seems that fashion in some aspect changes with it to adapt to the era. Even today fashion continues to change as the years go on. Looking at fashion even 20 years ago we can see a difference from what we see in our everyday lives. History of fashion

Strictly speaking, vintage fashion would ideally be clothing that is at least 25 to 30 years old, but this is highly debatable now. . Retro, short for retrospective, or "vintage style" usually refers to clothing that imitates the style of a previous era. Most vintage clothing has been previously worn, but a small percentage of pieces have not. These are often old warehouse stock, and more valuable than those that has been worn, especially if they have their original tags.

A dark, sometimes morbid fashion and style of dress, typical gothic fashion includes a pale complexion with colored black hair, black lips and black clothes. Both male and female Goths wear dark eyeliner and dark fingernail polish.
