By; Amy Yang, Sheng Xiong , Jesus Garcia, MaiDer Lee, Justin Phoungphet SOCIOLOGY

What is sociology?:

Sociology is the study of human social behavior and it’s origins, development, organizations, and institutions. It’s a social science method to figure out the way of how people act like and how they interact with other people. What is sociology?

Examples of sociology:

Sociologists focus on family, marriage, divorce, and domestic abuse. Not only that but, race, gender, and social class. The reason why they study that is to see how each other people live their lives like and to see how they process in life. Sociologist study all things human for the interactions between two people to the complex relationships between nations and multinational corporations. Examples of sociology

Example of sociology 2:

Justin Bieber was known as a famous boy singer that sang on youtube for his favorite singers. He was scouted to join a singing company, so he did. He was everyone ( well kinda everyone ) dream boy because of his unique voice. But just recently, he started to change to a different person that no one had thought of. He started to change his music style, appearance, and attitude. He started to break various of laws and was put to jail. In my theory, sociology may view him as a celebrity that could sing, but now they could have change their perception about Justin Bieber. Example of sociology 2

Example of sociology 3:

Jay Park was a member of 2pm, a Korean pop band. He was innocent as can be. One day he posted a status that said “Korea sucks” getting him banned from S.Korea , forcing him to leave his band. Now he lives in the U.S and his demeanor has changed from good boy to the party boy type. Drinking and getting tattoos. Example of sociology 3

In conclusion…..:

The causes of social change are diverse, and the processes of change can be identified as either short-term trends or long-term developments. Change can be either cyclic or one-directional. In conclusion…..
