Recommendation :

Recommendation ; There are several untapped potential international markets which could be beneficial for the company. Therefore, the company should analyze other markets to enter into to diversify its business. The company should not strictly direct its employees to follow the rules and procedures because it closes the scope of creativity and innovation. There should be some flexibility on the part of employees to think and do the task according to their methods and technique. The company should come out from its safe zone because the safe zone is also not going right for the company. The company should go for the creative and innovative product to meet the demand of the markets.
