The yoga school in Bali teacher training course will take you on the journey of personal and professional self-
development. We have a course that is designed to meet the prerequisites of yoga. Those yoga practitioners who have
been doing yoga for at least 1-2 years should join this course to discover the more depth in their practice.
We accept a maximum number of 10 to 15 students in the course. We ensure that the class should be conducted in

Course Overview
Yoga Anatomy Physiology-
Comprehensive deep study of postures anatomy movements and the key systems of the body. Learn how the body

Mastering The Asanas Postures-
Course includes deep practice of asanas Postures Ashtanga yoga vinyasa flow as well as its theory. Students are also
provided a separate class on alignment- adjustment- teaching methodology as these are part of the training this class
gives enough time to students to interact with their teachers and finding out the answers of their questions.
Yoga Philosophy-
Yoga philosophy in Sanskrit called yoga darshan which means guiding students through philosophy of life with the help of
ancient yoga texts to the aim of yoga. 200 Hour Course at vinyasa yoga school imparts teachings of the mystic sage
Patanjali’s ‘Patanjali yoga sutras’ which teaches students to learn how to live appropriate life.
Meditation Mantra Chanting-
Mantras – Sound vibrations that permeate every cell of your being and allow your mind to dissolve and repose.
Meditation is that which gives you deep rest. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner just sits and allows the
mind to dissolve. The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind
becomes free from agitation is calm and serene and at peace meditation happens.
Pranayama-
The “prana” creates an aura around the body. It flows through thousands of subtle energy channels called ‘nadis’ and
energy centers called ‘chakras’. The quantity and quality of prana and the way it flows through the nadis and chakras
determines one’s state of mind. If the prana level is high and its flow is continuous smooth and steady the mind remains
calm positive and enthusiastic.
Ayurveda-
Ayurveda is ancient knowledge that indicates the very measure of life advising on the appropriate and inappropriate
happy and sorrowful conditions of living and recommending practices auspicious for longevity.

Every saturday kirtan night
All classes are mandatory only in case of an emergency or illness one can take leave with respected teacher permission.
Uninformed leaves won’t be accepted and this will leave bad impression on student monthly performance.
Prerequisites A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the
teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program participants
are required to attend all spiritual activities meditation sessions lectures and asana classes. Meat fish eggs black tea
coffee alcohol tobacco drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga
practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
Discipline Rules for Students Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the school. If you are having a fast any day
you have to inform kitchen manager for avoiding food waste. Always make discipline respect teachers and follow all
rules. Always be in the time you are late means will not be permitted to join class. Clear your books of account before
departure from Bali Yoga School. Before departure return your books maps or any goods which you borrowed. Bali Yoga
School provides accommodation for a student who join the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in
accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. Student have to be present in all scheduled
program of Bali Yoga School.
Refund Policy – An advance of a course fees will not be refundable only in the case of emergency students can join us on
other schedules. If student cancel the course we accept cancellation but advance deposit will not be refund in
cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation. Student just has to inform by email.
