Case 4 : 

Case 4 A 20 year old male complained of a midline neck swelling. USG showed a 2.9 x 1.7 cm sized well defined heteroechoic nodule with cystic areas of degeneration near the upper border of right lobe of thyroid. The thyroid parenchyma appeared unremarkable. A fine needle aspiration from the nodule was reported as papillary carcinoma of thyroid. A total thyroidectomy was performed.

Case 4 : 

Case 4 The gross specimen of thyroidectomy appeared normal, which was confirmed on microscopy. The nodule attached to the upper border of the right lobe of thyroid measured 2 x 2 x 2 cm in size, had a smooth outer surface & a transected surface which was solid & gray white with areas of hemorrhage.

Case 5 : 

Case 5 A 27 year old male was detected to have a upper lobe lung mass on CT scan. An upper lobectomy was performed which revealed a 4 cm sized gray coloured mass abutting the pleura.

Case 6 55 year old male Cervical node

Case 7 : 

Case 7 75 year old lady complained of abdominal pain. Imaging detected a large mass in the retroperitoneum. The mass was excised by a formal laprotomy.
