Main objective of the SEECP: 

Main objective of the SEECP Development of a high standard railway network in the area of SE Europe that will provide high level service railway transports, more competitive to the other transport means, with reduced travel times between the main urban and commercial centers.

SEECP Plan – Main Steps Definition of the railway connections to be considered for all the analysis. Definition of quality standards for passenger and freight transport services Definition of Target values for quality standards Proposals of intervention to achieve target values Assess Opportunities to achieve our targets based on the National plans for infrastructure, rolling stock & operation improvement.
