Summary :

Summary Our perception of who we are is a vital step in determining the nature of our personality and shaping that of our personal belief. Our conception of the external environment is often the reflection of our personal opinions. Self-esteem and personal dislike derive from that image of oneself. It is therefore important to nurture a positive Image of oneself by learning to see and learning to emphasize the positive aspects of one’s personality. As a first step, a positive attitude is an essential tool in achieving that goal. It fuels oneself with the energy needed to thrive and succeed. Energy without which it impossible to prosper. In addition to the motivational stamina of positive attitude and self-esteem, one needs also to have the determination to aim higher. In this regard, effort and determination are the building blocks in achieving any goal.
