### Purpose:

Purpose Monitor Progress Asses Risks Address issues

### First Step is to: Insert the data into an excel sheet:

First Step is to: Insert the data into an excel sheet You would begin by inputting the information that is being provided into a chart, just like the one here:

### Second Step is: Finding the critical path:

Second Step is: Finding the critical path The critical path refers to when the completed duration is larger than the planned duration

### Third Step is to: Calculate the rate of performance:

Third Step is to: Calculate the rate of performance Rate of performance is calculated by taking the actual work and dividing it by the planned work. In order to calculate, you have to chose from the critical path. Here I decide to learn for A and B.

### Fourth Step: Calculating the Planned Duration:

Fourth Step: Calculating the Planned Duration PD= the total number of weeks-total number of weeks that aren't on the critical path

### Fourth Step: Cont.:

Fourth Step: Cont. 2+1+3+4+1+3+2+1= 17

### Fourth Step: Continuation:

Fourth Step: Continuation 3+2=5 weeks

### Fifth Step: Obtaining the Estimated Project End:

Fifth Step: Obtaining the Estimated Project End This is also known or equal to as the: (Planned Duration) * RP (rate of performance) In this case, you would use the planned duration which is: 12 weeks * 2 =24weeks

### Sixth Step: Obtaining the Anticipated Delay in End of Project:

Sixth Step: Obtaining the Anticipated Delay in End of Project This is obtained by: Subtracting estimated project end from the Planned Duration 24 weeks- 12 weeks = 12 weeks
