The Pandemic Flu Policy is part of the Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery Plan. The Plan outlines Company XYZ’s planned response in the event of an influenza pandemic (flu pandemic) scenario. Provides guidance on operational and Human Resources issues in the event of a flu pandemic . Main Purpose of Plan: Safeguarding employees health and safety in the event of a flu pandemic.
