Stop Smoking Guide:

Stop Smoking Guide A few days ago I got caught stealing a video game from walmart because I’m a super cool kid like that. But I really need to know whether or not I should stop smoking weed before this or not. It’s only retail theft and no drug charges were raised but I’m still unsure about a lot of things. I just want to know whether or not I should stop smoking because I’m a pretty heavy smoker and smoking would make this a lot less of a burden. The court date is in about a month so I need to make a decision soon.

Slide 2:

I’m killing myself, gave my dog a tumor. Why is nicotine still available? DDT was killing animals ’til the 70’s, DDT was banned. Nicotine is killing hundreds of thousands of people! Getting to my problem. I have one of those machine to assemble cigarettes. A can of tobacco is $8 -$12, tubes are $2 a box. I spent less than $15 bucks for a carton worth of cigarettes a week. Commit lozenges around $30 for what a day or twos worth of lozenges. If I smoke a full flavor cigarette, I mean FULL flavor, how many boxes of lozenges would I need a week?…….. I don’t have that kind of money, I need help buying the the substitute nicotine product. The huge tobaco settlement is funding sites such as . I asked one site for a coupon or voucher to help me buy such products, they sent me a bunch of advertising junk, dry erase board, oven mitt, half an inch thick pile of brochures. None of it helped! More encouragment to stop might be a little financial aid for the poor and disabled!!

Slide 3:

Some common triggers include stress, depression, lack of direction and other broad kind of areas but his is often quite obvious. The trick is to understand them more specifically. For instance one trigger might be that you have always smoked when you return home from work, just because you decide to quit does not mean that trigger goes away. Just that time of day may set of a response in your mind to seek out this habitual ritual. Another trigger might be if you have issues with confrontation and every time you have a bad day at work or get into an argument with your spouse or something that anxiety is washed away by smoking pot usually. When you quit your issues with confrontation do not go away but your crutch is no longer there.

Slide 4:

It has been accepted the world over that smoking tobacco endangers the health of those who smoke and those around them. In this article we look at some of the things many governments are doing to encourage their citizens in giving up smoking. Those who are giving up smoking can be comforted by the fact that the community at large embraces the good intention, especially as anti-smoking bans, campaigns, and laws are becoming more common.

Slide 5:

Giving up smoking is usually more successful if both the individual and those around take part in the process. Targeting the root of the evil habit is a starting point. Parents must set examples for their children. If they cant shake off the habit of lighting a cigarette, the least theycould do is not to smoke in the same room or in the view of their kids. This not only avoids children thinking that smoking is ok but prevents dangerous second hand smoke from being inhaled by them
