What I used to gather my audience feedback:

What I used to gather my audience feedback I used Facebook to give people access to my documentary and questionnaire. I created a questionnaire and had people answer it after watching my documentary.

From 1-5 how creative did you feel the documentary, radio trailer and print ad were?:

From 1-5 how creative did you feel the documentary, radio trailer and print ad were? My feedback told me that they felt that the documentary was creative and as were the radio trailer and print advert, although they did say that they thought the print advert could have been less simplistic.

How informative were the documentary, radio trailer and print advert? :

How informative were the documentary, radio trailer and print advert? 30% of the people who completed my questionnaire thought that my products were very creative however there where some who believed I could have made it more interesting by having more cutaways to do with sports and to have a variety of sports.

From 1-5 how entertaining did you find the documentary? :

From 1-5 how entertaining did you find the documentary? I found that only 20% of the people who completed my questionnaire marked it as a five for entertainment meaning that 16 people felt my documentary could have been more entertaining. I furthered looked into this and they told me they felt as though the interviews were interesting but the answers could have been better and that the cutaways could have been more exciting.

On a scale from 1-5 did you think the sound, editing and continuity were good?:

On a scale from 1-5 did you think the sound, editing and continuity were good? I found that the majority of the people who looked at my products thought that all of the components I asked them to comment on were good and they all linked together well and they believed that the products were all easy to see as linked products and with enough similarities for them to be immediately identified as for the same thing.

Did you find the documentary, radio trailer and the print ad eye catching?:

Did you find the documentary, radio trailer and the print ad eye catching? The majority of people did find all of my products eye catching although they believed the newspaper advert could have been a little les simplistic. Also found that they found the title sequence to be rather boring and that the thing that would probably keep people interested in the documentary whilst switching through channels is the music as it is a catchy tune.

From 1-5 did you think that the documentary, radio trailer and the print ad could be compared to professional ones? In my audience feedback I found that most thought it had elements of professional products but that there were some improvements for the documentary which were things such as better titles and various sports players/shoes.

From 1-5 how much did you think the music related to the documentary?:

From 1-5 how much did you think the music related to the documentary? Most of my audience believed that the music related to the documentary as shoes are seen as something most young people are interested in and the music used in my documentary is popular amongst teenagers and young adults. They also said that the music related to the archive footage as it is often associated with games such as basketball.

From 1-5 do you think that the interviews were interesting?:

From 1-5 do you think that the interviews were interesting? I found the majority of my audience believed the interviews were not overly interesting due to the answers and probably questions asked as they believe they were too boring. They also found some of the cutaways were a bit boring making the interview still going on seem even more bored.

Did you think the print advert was appropriate for the topic of the documentary and the title?:

Did you think the print advert was appropriate for the topic of the documentary and the title? My audience believed that the newspaper advert was appropriate for the documentary topic and that the title along with the print advert made sense as the message is easily figured out and with the slogan ‘If the shoe fits’ it makes the image on the print advert even more relatable to shoes.

Would you watch this documentary if it was on TV?:

Would you watch this documentary if it was on TV? 14 people said they would watch my documentary if it was on TV because they found that all together, and the promise of more content for the full thirty minutes, the documentary would be informative and relate to a lot of people, particularly teenagers and young adults.
