KNOW YOUR PURPOSE:

You must know your purpose of creating a document. KNOW YOUR PURPOSE

OPEN THE MS WORD:

Make sure that you already installed the Microsoft Word Application. OPEN THE MS WORD

USING THE PASTE SPECIAL:

One very good reason to use Paste Special when you want to copy data from Microsoft Excel. USING THE PASTE SPECIAL

USING THE RESEARCH TOOL:

In the right hand side, you will be presented with a sidebar which is your gateway to information right from within the MS Word. USING THE RESEARCH TOOL

CREATING A TITLE PAGE:

To create your cover page, simply go to the Insert Tab and in the Pages Group, click Cover Page. CREATING A TITLE PAGE

CREATING HEADER AND FOOTER:

Headers and Footers are important in reports as the main purpose is to provide information about the report on every page, and include the page numbers. CREATING HEADER AND FOOTER

PARAGRAPHS:

If you want to have your lines double spaced, or single spaced, you need to change the format of the paragraphs. PARAGRAPHS
