Advertising Strategies & Tools The event starts for our patrons as soon as they purchase their ticket. The “ i ♥ MY COOLER” section was formed to encourage the smooth flow of ticket sales. Individuals stand a chance of winning drinks for their coolers weekly by using their ticket number. We wished to do this daily, however our budget does not provide room for this to occur. Tickets go on sale from February 14 th , 2011 The i ♥ MY COOLER section would advertise the drink/s to be won from February 14 th , 2011

Advertising Strategies & Tools To create a pre-carnival Jouvert effect we have opted to have a paint section where our patrons can party as if on the road for carnival. This will be sectioned off to cater for those that do not wish to indulge.

Advertising Strategies & Tools Our events usually generate a lot of heat which induces our patrons to sweat profusely. Whilst in the midst of all the excitement, one may not seem to mind the idea of having water sprayed on the crowd.

Advertising Strategies & Tools The challenges facing children exceed the capacity of any single organization by far. We may not be able to touch all but making a difference to some is what matters. We wish not to forget those in need during this festive season and partnering with UNICEF will help us to do so. We have advertised a donation drive where items can be brought and collected on entry. All proceeds from this section will be handed over to the Childrens ’ fund.

We wished to print plastic cards instead of stock, however we could not find a reasonable supplier in Trinidad. Hopefully, when one sees the ticket, the interest/excitement that was absent before, would be gained
