2nd Lieutenant : 

2nd Lieutenant The 2nd Lieutenant is the first rank in U.S Army officers. The brass bar represents the rank.

1st Lieutenant : 

1st Lieutenant The 1st Lieutenant is the next rank up in officers. A single sliver star represents this rank.

Captain : 

Captain The Captain rank is the third rank in Army officers. The captain is represented with 2 side by side sliver bars.

Major : 

Major A Major is a step above the captain. The Major is represented with a single oak leaf cluster

Lt. Colonel : 

Lt. Colonel The Lt. Colonel is a big accomplishment to many people but it is not the highest rank. The Lt. Colonel is represented with a single sliver oak cluster.

Colonel :
