Under Medical Visits is where both pending and completed visits to medical professionals are recorded. It also provides another access point to record and print important medical information.

Under Although you can record the dates manually, the database also has a special feature. If a completed medical visit matches one of the Important Medical Dates then the database will update the Important Medical Date for you.

Under You must start the appointment in the Upcoming Appointments area before the Appointment Detail will be visible. However, once the appointment has been started you can complete it in either section.

Under Although you can add new visit types, if it all possible select one of the pre-existing Visit Type(s). The ones that match the important medical dates are listed first followed by user added types listed in alphabetical order

Under A medical appointment is completed when a Pending Appointment’s attendance is selected. The appointment was either attended, “Yes”, or it wasn’t.

Under If the appointment was attended (“Yes”) and the appointment type corresponds to one of the important medical dates then you will see a message similar to the following:

Under If it was not attend you must indicate the reason for non-attendance. You must select one of the following four reasons for non-attendance: No, Canceled by Individual No, Canceled by Professional OR Extenuating Circumstance (i.e. snowstorm) No, Canceled due to staff/agency vehicle availability No, It was no longer needed
