Slide4: Cottage cheese (paneer) 300 grams Thai red curry paste 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped 2 1/2 teaspoons Curry powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 4 teaspoons Peanut butter 2 teaspoons Salt to taste Galangal chopped 1/2 inch Kaffir lime leaves chopped 2 Lemon juice 2 teaspoons Oil 1 teaspoon + for grilling Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Lemon wedge for garnishing Ingredients

Slide5: Step 1 Mix garlic, red curry paste, curry powder, red chilli flakes, soy sauce, peanut butter, salt, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and lemon juice in a bowl. Add one teaspoon oil and mix well. Step 2 Cut cottage cheese into fingers and add to the marinade. Mix well and set aside to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes. Step 3 Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Skewer the marinated cottage cheese fingers onto satay sticks, place them on the pan and grill, rotating the skewers, till evenly done from all sides. Method
