Add in the baking soda sea salt flour and coconut sugar. Give it a good stir to ensure the mixture doesn’t have any lumps. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour at room temperature. Place a large pan over medium heat and add in the butter. Once it has melted add the batter into the pan in ⅛ cup portions. Cook 1 to 2 minutes each side. When you notice the tops bubbling flip each one over. Serve with your favourite toppings such as organic maple syrup fruit or ice cream.
