She accepted a position with a pharmaceutical company in New Jersey and she works as a pharmaceutical researcher.

If you are responsible for drafting reports for your superiors you may need to spend some time working on your written communication skills. The ability to draft your ideas in a clear and concise manner can help you effectively communicate with others. This skill could help you move up in your career.
