A special feature of the interior is the reworking of the Early Gothic side walls of the nave, which already had a gallery over the arcading, on the model of Saint Denis. The gallery was preserved instead of being replaced by a triforium as in other High Gothic churches. The three west portals of Notre Dame Cathedral are magnificent examples of early Gothic art. Sculpted between 1200 and 1240, they depict scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary, the Last Judgment, and scenes from the life of St. Anne (the Virgin Mary’s mother). Many of the statues, especially the larger ones, were destroyed in the Revolution and remade in the 19th century. Doctrine and Covenants Scripture Mastery
Sidney, Nebraska Early Morning Seminary class. Doctrine and Covenants, Latter Day Prophets, Articles of Faith, Section 4 of the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Apostle song along with 25 Scripture Mastery Songs. Amy Hackleman compiled the presentation, but used songs from LDS Rock, Sons of Ammon, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints primary songs and pictures. Sidney Seminary Students posed as models for the Scripture Hero pictures. Nephi, Mormon, Moses, Esther, Joseph Smith, Mary, Women and the Well, Captain Moroni, Nephite women, Helaman, Abish, Enos and Paul.
