If anyone wants to know...I did not follow the diet plan, I just kept pushing play. I didn't start losing weight until the middle of Phase 2 and I lost a total of 23lbs by day 90. Starting weight was 193 and ending weight was 170. I'm going to take a week break and then begin P90X plus.
