Witricity is nothing, but wireless electricity. In witricity technology, transmission of electrical energy from one object to another without the use of wires is called witricity. The man behind this discovery is an Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Professor Marin Soljacic. The technology is based on resonant magnetic coupling and near field transmission technique.
