Mentoring in the Workplace
Mentoring is a collaborative partnership that is mutually beneficial. To mentor another person you need to identify one’s own self-awareness and self-regulation. In this presentation we will describe what a good mentor program can do for you individually and for your business. We will identify the responsibilities, process and outcomes of both the mentee and mentor, as well as the life cycle of a mentoring relationship. You will gaining knowledge about establishing a formal mentoring program anywhere and learn about the types of mentoring practiced including natural, situational, supervisory and formal.
