The photos are of what the DPRK government will allow you to see. When you are a tourist in North Korea, there are always two guides with you and you can't choose what you want to see or photograph. You can't leave your hotel without the guides. There are no trains running or cars on the roads (except military or government) because of the fuel shortage due to UN sanctions.
