The Digital Content Exchange
The ecosystem for copyrighted works has become degraded. It no longer sustains authorship at culturally-desirable levels. The DCE fixes the ecosystem through the use of internet technology (basic internet connectivity and cloud access) and creates new incentives for copyright owners to publish more and for users to access content legally. What follows are slides which explain this patent-pending method plus aspects of the beta application presently being tested. Copyright degradation is a big problem. It requires a thorough fix, like the Digital Content Exchange.
