Bruce Connors is a MMA fighter who has participated in numerous MMA events. With 10 years of hard core training, he developed great hand eye coordination and other related techniques. He achieved the Featherweight title for Cage Warriors and won several BJJ competitions as well. Bruce Connors opened a training center White House Jiu Jitsu/FRBJJ with the aim of delivering quality training in a variety of combat sports. The center specializes in providing a wide range of training programs for MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Mua Thai, Wrestling, Judo, and Conditioning.
