If Plan C5 (5 years) must have complied with all of the following: a) Must have paid at least 30% of the TCP with complete PDC’s for the balance. b) Have been credit approved and have paid the credit investigation fee. c) Have secured a SRI/MRI policy with accident & disability riders d) Have secured a Fire Insurance policy. If bank and other financing, must have fully paid the equity and the “LETTER OF GUARANTEE” or “LETTER OF UNDERTAKING” has been issued by the financing institution. Has signed the Certificate of Acceptance for his unit.
