How to record your voice in a PowerPoint Presentation: How to record your voice in a PowerPoint Presentation Your PPP is ready… now it’s time to record your voice.

Select grabar narración
Slide3: Next the following box will appear:
Click on acceptar You will get a full screen… this is when you start recording your voice…
Slide4: Start recording your voice in your first slide, explain it… don’t just read from it.. Try to describe what you see. Next pass to the following slides until you finish explaining all your slides. Click on the final slide to finish. Then power point will ask you if you want to save your work. Click on guardar. Finally you will see a picture of a speaker in the right bottom corner. Click on it to listen to your recording. You can also record slide per slide and listen to check if you are satisfy with your recording.
Slide5: Click on F5 to listen and watch your presentation.
Don’t forget to save your work.
