Slide 12:Situation and Properties Rita Cooper wanted to use information technology to improve service quality and efficiency At the same time WSPRC had revised agency's Strategic and Action plan and faced more focus accountability to citizens WSPRS automated the reservation system in 1994 - Reserve America system WSPRS mission is to acquire, operate, enhance and protect a diverse system of recreational, cultural, historic, and natural sites
