When I was in university, there was this one ad along the corridor that opened my eyes to the importance of one’s health and fitness. As a communications major, I strived to pursue different advocacies about health and wellness through the initiatives of local organizations in East Perth. I was able to successfully hold campaigns about the said matter, even as a young university student back then. I was also able to execute wellness projects that deal with writing and paperwork.
