I inserted audio or sound in the presentation but in the output on authorSTREAM there is no sound playing. Why?

You are facing this problem because your media file (audio/video) is linked to a path which could not be found when your PowerPoint was imported on authorSTREAM. A linked media file never gets shipped along with a PowerPoint when you upload it on a website or even share it via email.

We recommend that you use authorSTREAM Desktop when uploading a presentation that has linked/embed audio (MP3 and WAV formats) and linked/embed video (WMV and AVI formats).

(Please Note: athorSTREAM desktop supports WAV and MP3 audio formats.)
