I’m a premium member. Do I need to cancel my premium membership to close my account?

Yes, you first need to cancel your premium membership to delete your account. Follow the simple steps to cancel your premium membership:
•    Click on the drop down right next to your username on the header
•    Click Manage Account link in the header, then click Request Account Deletion link
•    Click Confirm Cancellation button once you the reasons for the same.

Once you cancel your premium membership, you’ll be redirected to PayPal payment gateway where you can cancel next payment amount, and then you can confirm to close your account.
