How can I get in touch with the presenter for a query?

Simply, send a private message to the presenter:

• Check out authorSTREAM webinar page after logging into your account
• Look for the profile summary of the presenter on the right of the webpage
• Click Send Private Message link under the profile

• Write your message here window appears onscreen 
  

Simply, type your query or message and click Send. You can even start following the presenter.
