Hi all
I am new but am paying for a monthly subscription. I have students with learning disabilities creating PowerPoint audio and multimedia books. I'd like to have them upload their PowerPoint files and then I want to be able to get to those files and have them on my account.
I tried this as a guest... uploaded a test file and then saw this message:
Your presentation(s) have been uploaded successfully as aSGuest42321 .
Click here to register for fully functional permanent account and to manage your presentations. You can claim your presentations later by mentioning Passcode ifRqAtzvxH4=

Can anyone tell me how I find that file again? I looked through all the help files but couldn't figure it out.

Thanks for any help.

Bridgette,

There is no direct option in authorSTREAM to transfer presentations uploaded by other users in your account. However, if your students upload public presentations as guest users there is a possibility by using guest pass code. You can ask your students to send you guest pass code for each upload and you can claim all of them by entering pass code on 'Your Stuff' page. Read more about claiming guest uploads at http://www.authorstream.com/faq#3GU

You can also make a channel on authorSTREAM and there you can add all such presentations at one place. http://www.authorstream.com/channels/
