Although there are no "miracle" solutions to get rid of those ugly love handles there are definitely ways to reduce them. A combination of exercise healthy eating habits and targeted exercises will have you looking slender and toned in no time; just be patient and don't give up.

Losing the fat takes work and persistence. Too often we lose sight of important things like our wellbeing. However to get the result we are looking for there must be some sacrifice. Take a top gymnast as an example. They work hard constantly to get their slim bodies.
