I have embedded several audio files in my presentation and set them to play one after the other. I uplad the file to AuthorStream and view on Authorstream- perfect. I convert them to video- disaster! All the audio files play simultaneously instead of consecutively. The animations they were linked to get rushed through as if the pictures were runnig from a fire. I have tried changing settings on my files MULTIPLE TIMES and PAID MULTIPLE TIMES only to have videos I was counting on but can't use.

I did everything right because the very first video I uploaded and converted came out perfect (there was missing audio on one of those slides because I did make a mistake and link the file instead of embed)-all the slide transitioned smoothly (I do not have slide transitions) and the audio was sequential and linked to the animation. When I fixed the audio problem in that same show and tried to convert it- audio runs together.

I e-mail about this problem and asked for a refund of the money I wasted when it was their fault and was told I get a response in 48 hours. Forty eight hours has come and gone and I have heard nothing.

We do have issues in case of linked audio with our new video conversion engine. We recommend you to use wav audio file in the PowerPoint file and upload again. Before using wav audio make sure to change the maximum file size settings as in the link http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA010348231033.aspx
